Terms of Service

By accessing or using ValuIQ's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ValuIQ LLC provides a SaaS platform for business valuation intelligence. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (c) reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service; (d) upload harmful code or content.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize ValuIQ LLC to charge your payment method on file.

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are the exclusive property of ValuIQ LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ValuIQ LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValuIQ LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid ValuIQ LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
