Subprocessors
ValuIQ engages a limited number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help deliver the ValuIQ platform. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations to protect customer data and to use it only to provide services to ValuIQ.
This page lists our current material subprocessors. We provide subscribers with at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a material subprocessor. To receive those notifications, contact us at support@valuiq.com.

ValuIQ does not store payment card numbers. Card data is handled entirely by our payment processor.
Data submitted to the AI Coach feature is processed under terms that exclude its use for training the provider's models.
SoftMind Solutions' platform development and support personnel are located in Pakistan. Customer platform data is stored and processed within United States infrastructure.
Certain vendors support ValuIQ's internal operations without processing customer platform data and are therefore not listed above.
