ValuIQ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ValuIQ platform at valuiq.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Payment information (processed by Stripe; ValuIQ does not store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Usage data (feature interactions, session duration)

Information collected via Google Sign-In

When you authenticate using Google OAuth, we receive your Google account name and email address only. We do not request or receive access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services. The specific Google OAuth scopes we request are: openid, email, and profile.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver and improve the ValuIQ platform
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers, solely as necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripefor payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.

• Active account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 90 days.
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with IRS requirements. Stripe retains payment data per their own retention policy.
• Log and analytics data is retained on a 12-month rolling basis.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The ValuIQ platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
